Our Return Policy

 We truly believe in our product quality and strive to provide the best Customer service possible. That said, we understand that sometimes stuff happens and for reasons beyond our control, a Customer may be unhappy with our product. Therefore... Old Mill Yarn will accept returns on unopened and unused items if contacted within 7 days of receiving our products. Return must be completed within 14 days of delivery and issue a full refund minus a 10% inspection and restocking fee, with some exceptions:
Customer must contact us first within 7 days by Email at sowspunsilk@yahoo.com or by phone at (269) 903-6883 to get a return authorization.

1. Customer pays for return shipping fees, unless an error was made on our part, in which case we will opt to pay for the return shipping or allow you to keep the product and ship a replacement at our cost.
2. We will issue a credit by the original method of payment after we've received and inspected the product.
3. Returns must be in original packing materials and labels and be in new condition. Product that smells of Pets or Smoke is not returnable.
4. If your order was over $100 and received free shipping: We will deduct our shipping cost from your refund.
